I studied Soft- engineering and consequently became a soft spoken and considerate person. People around me appreciate these skills of mine and forgotten my B. Tech engineering degree.I love what I do hence enjoying ground handling operations. Being South Indian and handling Indian customer is a herculean task but I easily manage since I am a married man.
